Be sure the compressor is running. If the compressor is running, the inside fan motor is running, and the freezer is not cooling, there is a problem inside the sealed system.

You can remove the evaporator cover in the rear of the freezer compartment and see if the evaporator is frosting over. If only a portion of the coil is frosted, you have a sealed system problem.
