If the circuit breaker keeps tripping I believe the problem sill be the compressor trying to draw to much power to start. If this is happening then the compressor may be at fault or the unit may be "short cycling" or trying to come back on to soon. When the unit shuts off due to the thermostat it should stay off long enough for the pressures in the system to equalize. This is not a good do-it-yourself project and scheduling a service call would be the best option. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . You might be able to plug the unit into another outlet if one is close enough. Don't use an extension cord. You can also pull the unit out and check if lint is covering/blocking the condenser fan. I hope this helps. You can reply with any additional details for further assistance.

A:

If you are just replacing the lower hinge on the refrigerator you don't need to remove the refrigerator door.

Pull the lower grill forward to remove it. Remove the screws holding the lower hinge to the cabinet. Move the hinge down to remove the pin from the door. The door gasket will hold the refrigerator door to the cabinet.

You will need to remove the hinge pin from the old hinge with a wrench and screw it into the new hinge.
