I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information from Pvalde that you received is good but it pertains to a different model. Sometimes manually adding some water to the icemaker can help it start working. A turkey baster works good for this. Place approx. 4.5 ounces of water in the mold. If it does not harvest the ice that is developed, it could be a problem with the icemaker thermostat or the temperature in the freezer is not cold enough. If the temperature gets above 10 degrees the icemaker may not work. To check the temperature, place a thermometer between some packages. Air temperature is not a good check. If the temperature is ok and the icemaker will not cycle, the thermostat is not closing. In this case, I recommend replacing the icemaker # 5304458371. Icemaker parts are generally expensive and then you still have an old icemaker. I hope this will help you.
