The information you have already received is correct, however the damper in this model is mechanical and probably will not be the problem. Poor air flow can be due to the evaporator coils icing up. Check the back panel in the freezer to see if frost is building up. If it is, then this will be the problem. As the frost gets thicker, the air flow to the fridge section will be reduced. This will be a defrost problem. To get the fridge section cooling again, turn the unit off for a few hours to allow it time to defrost or you can remove the back panel in the freezer to access the evaporator. First disconnect power to the unit. Now you can use a hair dryer to defrost the evaporator but be careful not to get it too hot or any of the plastic liner. When the coil is clear, the unit will cool good again for a few days, which will allow you time, to have a technician out to check it. If you would like more assistance, additional details will be needed.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
