Thank You for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com

I understand your frustration when your refrigerator is not working. It sounds like your refrigerator may be over heating. I recommend getting a vacuum and regfrigertor coil brush and clean out under the fridge and make sure the fan in the back is clean and clear from debris. Make sure you unplug the fridge before working on it. After you clean out the coils leave the fridge unplugged for about 2 hours to give the compressor a chance to cool. Then plug it in and check that the fan is running in the back. If this doesn't fix your refrigerator, please resubmit your questions with more details.
