Make sure that you installed that filter properly. If the filter is okay, you probably have a crack or leak in that filter housing. Check the water line connections on that component. Check the housing for cracks or damage. You can view a parts list diagram for the refrigerator and order parts on the Sears PartsDirect website.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will try to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

A clog will not normally be the direct cause of the leak that you are describing. You probably have a split or crack in a water line or component inside that refrigerator. I provided some parts pages in the images below. The first image shows that housing for the water filter as Key 139. You indicated that you checked the housing and found no leaks or problems. I recommend that you check the water lines connected to that component. Also check the water lines connected to the water tank (Key 97 in the second image). Based on your description, you will probably find a crack or leak in one of those components or the connecting tubing in that refrigerator. You will have to depend on your careful inspection of the components and water lines to help you determine the source of the water leak. Once you find the leak, you should be able to replace the failed component or water line. If you need more help once you find the leak, let us know.
