I do not have access to that instruction sheet with the images. I recommend contacting Sears Parts Direct regarding getting new instructions. It would be very difficult to try and clean the existing tubing out. I recommend changing the tubing. I recommend just replacing it. You can try to run hot water through the tubing but it wouldn't guarantee the complete removal of any build up or mold.

How do I get to my defrost switch on my Kenmore fridge mod #25358087894?

The timer is located at the bottom of the cabinet, on left side behind the grill (#23 in picture). If a frost is building in the freezer, it will restrict air flow to the fridge side, causing it to warm up. By turning the knob on the defrost timer, it will advance into a defrost cycle and if the element comes on, the timer # 215846602 will need to be replaced. It indicates it's not advancing on its own.
