I'm sorry you are having this problem. You have received some good information. Now, 3 hours is not much time to give it. I suggest letting it run for at least 12 hours before determining if there is a problem. If the unit was laid on its side when transporting it, then it will need to be left off for about 12 hours before starting it up again. This is because oil could have gotten trapped in the evaporator and will need time to run back down into the compressor. This will cause a blockage in the seal system. If it never starts cooling and the compressor and both fan motors are running, it will lead to a seal system problem. It could be a restriction, low charge or the compressor may not be pumping. A technician will be required to make these checks. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful.

Q:

How to stop mice from getting into my refrigerator?

A:

From the description of the holes you're referring to, the only holes in this area would be for the return air. I'm attaching a picture of the air system. This is all enclosed within the cabinet. The only holes that lead outside are where the water lines enter the cabinet and the drain from the freezer. These are very small outlets and should be sealed. For any other type of holes, a picture would be needed, if you can send one. I recommend having a technician look at this. I'm listing a site you can check, to have a technician come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . If you need more assistance, please resubmit your question, with a picture, if possible and any additional details.
