I understand how inconvenient it can be to have your refrigerator water dispenser leaking water. While you are waiting for an expert answer, I did manage to find a link that will provide you with some more information about your problem. I hope my link is useful.

You could have air trapped in the water supply system. The link for a previous answer provided above describes a process for purging several gallons of water through the dispenser to correct this type of problem. I recommend that you try that first.

Check the ice maker to see if it is working properly and making full sized ice cubes. If the ice cubes are small or the ice maker is not producing ice, then you could have a problem with the filter or the water supply. If you have not changed the water filter in over 6 months, I recommend that you try replacing that component. Purge water as described in your owner's manual (and the link above) after replacing the filter.

If the filter is new and purging water did not help, then I recommend that you shut off the water supply and remove the water supply line on the back of the refrigerator. Place the end of the supply line in a bucket and briefly turn on the water supply to check for proper water pressure and flow. If the water supply is okay then you could have problem with the inlet water valve assembly.

These tips may help you resolve this issue with your refrigerator. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
