Ice Maker Water Supply 25351394101

A:

Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. The icemaker in this model can stop working for a few reasons. Some are listed below:
 
The icemaker itself can fail
 
The water valve may not open
 
The optic boards can fail
 
The fill tube can freeze up
 
Freezer temperature not cold enough (should be 0 – 5 degrees)
 
Generally when the ice maker will not fill with water it is an issue with the water valve or solenoid. This valve need to operate on 110 volts. I would replace the water valve and that should fix your issue.
