Replacing the door gasket on a refrigerator is hard work, so I can understand how discouraging it would be to have the door not closing. I located a smilar question that has a couple of suggestions to try while waiting for the expert response. I attached the link below. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the door. This can be a difficult gasket to replace. When replacing this gasket the door will usually bow out of place and it will need to be readjusted. If the door needs to be adjusted, loosen the screws around the door and make the necessary adjustment. When the door closes good, retighten the screws. If the gasket needs to be adjusted, a hair dryer can be used but be careful not to get the gasket too hot. I hope this will help you.
