This type of problem indicates that you have an internal failure in the ice maker assembly. The normal repair fix is to replace the entire ice maker module (part 5303918344). You can order a new ice maker module from the Sears PartsDirect website

If you replace this part yourself, be sure that you unplug the refrigerator before accessing internal components.
