Q:

Where can I find instructions to replace an ACTUATOR #241685703 (instructions not included)?

A:

Remove the drip tray at the bottom of the dispenser and you will see three screws. Remove the screws and you will be able to remove the front cover. With the cover off you will have access to the components in the dispenser. I'm sending you pictures with instructions. I hope this will help you.

Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the ice dispenser stops working. A voltage check will need to be made, to see if the problem is with the dispenser or the motor. First, disconnect the power and you will need to open the dispenser again. If you have a meter, place the leads between the purple and light blue wires. Reconnect the power and press the door switch in and also the dispenser lever. If there is 120 volts at this check and the motor is not running, the motor will probably need to be replaced. If there is no voltage, the problem will be with either the power board or the control board or it could be with the wire harness. Make sure the harness connection is good, it's not kinked (no pinched wires) and there are no pin marks in the harness. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.
