The dimensions, height, width and dept will likely not be available and your best best is to take measurements yourself.  Most owners' manuals will list installation dimensions that the unit will fit in but most manuals cover several models so exact dimensions are not usually give.  I may be able to provide the energy rating if the unit has one but I will need a model number for further assistance.

Thank you for your question. The only way to reset the display is to disconnect the power for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. I see you have already tried resetting it. In this case, the control # 297242001 will need to be replaced. It's available at http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/297242001/0046/253?pathTaken=directMatch&filterPart=&pop=flush&prst=0&shdPart=297242001&sid=MMLxexpertxmerch . If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

A:

It's not difficult to replace this control. Be sure to disconnect the power first. Now, use a small screwdriver and pry the control out of the door. Be careful not to scratch the door. Disconnect the wire harness and connect it to the new control and place the control back in the door. I hope this will help you.

A:

If it stops with the door open I'd suspect the freezer fan is likely the cause of the noise. Try pushing the door switch in when the door is open and see if you can tell if it's the fan.

The compressor shouldn't stop running when the door is open.

You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.
