The freezer can be turned ON by pressing the DOWN arrow button, with the display -1O, two times within two seconds. Continue by setting the control to the desired temperature. Thank you. Unfortunately, the directions did not solve the problem. Unable to set a temperature. The "Loss of Power" red light stays on constantly. There is a "2 Hr. Duration" message that flashes alternately with the temperature on the control panel. The temperature seems to change automatically from -5 degrees to -10 degrees. The only part of the directions that worked was turning the unit off using the down arrow.
