The error code E in the display indicates an operational error and states to call for service. This operational error could be any number of problems and I would need added details in order to be of more help to you.  Things like unusual noises, is it running at all, is there frost on evaporator coil? Could the door have been left open?  This could be a simple fix it yourself or a complex problem that only a certified refrigeration technician would need to repair.
