I know how difficult it can be to install or remove refrigerator and freezer shelves. The tilt out shelf for this model is held in place by end caps. See item #73 and #74 in image below. To remove the shelves, push them gently all the way to the right until the pegs on the left side are free and then tilt the shelf down or up, until it's free on the right side. This may take a bit of finesse, but there are no screws anchoring them. I hope this helps. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with your freezer. As long as the gasket is not torn and is making good contact with the cabinet liner, it should be ok. It does not need to make a tight seal, just a good seal. Now, if there are some gaps in the gasket it could cause this problem. In this case, a hair dryer can be used to smooth the gaps out. Just be careful not to get the gasket too hot. Normally, if the gasket is not sealing good, frost will begin to develop on the food and shelves. Now, if everything is defrosting, this will probably be a different problem. Check for a thick frost accumulation on the back wall. If this is taking place, first check to see if the fan motor is running. If it is running, then this would be a problem with the defrost system. Another possibility will be if the light is staying on when the door is closed. Check to see if it's turning off, when the door is closed. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
