Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with your new freezer. First, check to see if the fan motor inside the freezer is running. If it's not running but the compressor is running, then it would lead to a failed motor. If both the compressor and fan motor are not running, it could be a problem with the thermostat or timer. Now, if both the fan motor and the compressor are running but the unit is not cooling, it would lead to a sealed system problem. In any of these cases, most of these models have a 1 year warranty. Check your owner's manual and if it does have the one year warranty, I recommend having a technician check and repair this under the first year warranty.

Thanks for replying to let me know the problem has been solved.
Yes there would be a lot of water to deal with when the frost free style has this issue. I was aware it is this style before instructions were sent.
Thank you for using Manage My Life and feel free to contact us again. And you are welcome!

Hi, Thank you for your question. It is concerning when your appliance is not functioning correctly.

Yes, if the gaskets are allowing the air to seep in or leak out, this will affect the performance to the cooling. I would recommend replacement of the gasket.

I hope this answer is useful and that it helps you correct the problem with your appliance. Thank you for using ManageMyLife.
