Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern. Since the polarity has been checked and is correct, make sure the wall plug is a three prong grounded outlet. This may still be a problem with the power cord. I recommend replacing the cord. It may also be a problem with a grounded wire in the cabinet. Sometimes this can be very hard to locate.
