Thank you for your question. I suspect you may have the inner door panel (# 20), which the shelf supports (# 38) fit into. Normally, this type of shelf support will fit (slide) into some slots that are in the door panel. I will need more details to be able to provide more information. I'm attaching a picture of the door and related parts. For more assistance, reply to this thread and please include which part you have and the part you would like to install and I will be glad to assist you further.

have soaked the gasket in hot water to straighten it out but sill have problem getting it to fit properly what else can i do rather them call for service.

Sandra, if the gasket has some gaps in it, the best method to smooth them out will be with a hair dryer. Keep moving the hair dryer over the gasket, in the places where the gaps are, until it smoothes out but be very careful not to get it too hot and melt it. I hope this will help you.
