I am sorry and do understand your frustration when you are having trouble with your toaster.

You look like you are having trouble with the control knob/switch.   I am sorry to say but the part is no longer available for us to get.   Here is the part number 20710 and you can always try to use it on one of  your search engines to see if you have any luck that way.

Why won't my Kenmore Toaster Oven toast after cooling in down from a bake mode?

There are no serviceable parts for your toaster oven other than what is shown in the image I added below.

Based on your details there is not likely anything wrong with your toaster oven. If the toaster works when the oven has not be preheated from baking then there is nothing likely wrong with your toaster oven. The toaster feature will not likely operate because the oven is already too hot for toasting. This is because the thermostat has cycled off the element because it is already too hot for the toasting operating temperature.
