Q:

Refridge high voltage control panel mfi2266aes

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Maytag refrigerator.

From the information you have provided above, the age of the unit is not a concern for replacement parts. This refrigerator isn’t to a point where it’s too old to replace parts on. as far as the new part not working., There is a good chance the panel may be defective or not corrected correctly. I would suggest to check wiring and all make sure everything is connected properly and if all is well than I would try and get a new part sent out to you. if this problem continues after replaced again then I would suggest to set up[ service for it at 1-800-4MY-HOME.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business, have a great day.

Q:

year of my craftsman garage door opener

A:

Thank you for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about the age of your Craftsman Garage Door Opener. I am so sorry you are having trouble programing a universal remote control for it. We will be happy to help you but will need some additional information to do so.

41AC175-2A is not the model of the door opener. You will find the correct number on the opposite end of the unit. You will need to remove the light lens to see it. All Craftsman Garage Door Opener model numbers start with 139. Please resubmit your question with the 139 model number.

We look forward to your response. Thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business.

Q:

BUTTONS ON ICE/WATER PANEL STOPPED WORKING when replacing filter on my Maytag Refrigerator

A:

Hi,

Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.  I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your appliance.

I was trying to get the MFI model number to run in my system and it is just not running using the part number for the main control, which is not the most likely fault.   I would want to check the dispenser board as well.  The code is the code on the refrigerator data plate and it would need to be programmed to your use the refrigerator special items.  If the board does not program to the model refrigerator you own that is a good indication of a wrong part.  If I use the MFI2266AEB that run in the computer but I would need to know the series number all listed after and AEB and the serial number to compare the parts for you.  This unit has 4 different series and the HV board is different in it.  If the LV board is needed I would again need you to confirm the model number and the serial number.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. We are always here to help.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.

Bill

The complete model # is MFI2266AEB11 Serial# 10019057LX The code for the fridge reset is 1515. But because the buttons still don't work I can't enter that code. A Sears tech said to order the main circuit board Part# W10310240. I believe he was incorrect because as I stated above, when we installed the board and fridge wanted the code, we were unable to put it in because the buttons just "beep". This all started when replacing the water filter. I have seen other posts that state things happened similarly when replacing filter as well. Is there something to this? Thanks, Katie

Also, I called Sears Direct.com to get a second opinion and they gave me the same part # confirming it. Is it possible that our main board was fine and it was actually the key pad circuit board needs replacing? Meaning the Tech was in correct?

Ok, Here is one thing I know, first if you guess then you are usually wrong. If the board is not programming up it is the wrong board. You can not program an incorrect board into the refrigerator. You have a series 11 refrigerator and if you need a part you would need to use the series number to get the correct part. To determine the correct part there must be some troubleshooting and there is only one place to talk to a Sears technician and that is here on this site. All of the MML crew have been field technicians for 20-30 years and at the present time there are no other technicians you can talk to. That being said, once more there would need to be a few checks made to determine the voltage from the HV board and the voltage to the LV board. Here is the correct troubleshooting for this problem, Check the electric connector going into the door, it could be loose. Check the Volts DC out of the main control board and check at the door connector. Next check at the display board to insure the correct volts DC are entering the display board and check the connectors at the displayu board. Then replace as per the voltage reading or lack of reading the part needing replacement. Here are the parts and the part number for the series 11, your refrigerator. Please keep me posted.
