Older boat motors can be fun to restore and may provide lots of use in future. I was able to locate the diagrams for this motor at Sears Parts Direct that may be of some help while you wait for the expert. I also added a web link that can be helpful for finding old motor manuals.

Thank you for your question on the proper mix for the old outboard motor.

The original manual would have told you to use a 1/4 of a pint for 1 gallon of leaded gasoline or 25:1 mix

That would equate to 4 oz of 2 cycle oil to 1 gal of gasoline. You may have to replace or clean the spark plug often with this mix being so rich.

With todays high quality 2 cycle oil you may be able to safely use a 32:1 mix but that is up to you.

Because we no longer have leaded fuels you may want to use a gas treatment in the fuel.

Since this is a ported engine with out valves it may not be a problem.
