Hello Lupe,

I believe that this question is related to question number 332808 and is copied below:

Note: Working on a TV can be difficult and dangerous due to the high voltage circuits inside. Always remember to unplug any TV before trying to service it and if unsure of the proper procedures, seek the service of a trained professional.

I'm sorry to hear that your television has lost image and audio and I would like to assist you. I suggest checking the signal source to verify a positive connection and would also like you to attempt to bring up a menu to see if anything will display. Your television uses a composite main and power supply board and I am assuming that it has failed given the description of the issue. I looked up the circuit board and it is a lot to invest if there is actually something else causing the failure within the television. I suggest taking it in to your local sears store for a carry-in repair, where a technician will diagnose and then quote the repair. Otherwise, it may be time to replace the television with a newer model.

Please let me know if the menu comes up and if you would like any further assistance.
