Q:

Microwave problem-when you open the door the turntable turns on and the fan and light go on. then close the door and touch the pad and nothing happens. peb2060dm2bb

A:

Thank you for being Sears’ valued member and for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about your microwave. I am so sorry the turntable turns when the door is open and nothing happens when the door is closed. I know what a time saver the microwave is and I am sure you want this issue fixed quickly.  In this case I recommend you have the microwave serviced by a qualified technician.

We do not give diagnostic or repair information on microwave ovens because they are inherently dangerous to service. Microwaves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is unplugged from the power supply. Special equipment is needed to work on a microwave starting with an anti-static wrist strap grounded to the microwave to even test components in it. Even minor door repairs and adjustments can cause microwave leakage, and a microwave shielding leakage test MUST be performed using a survey meter after ANY/ALL microwave service.

For these safety reasons I strongly recommend having this repair completed by a qualified service technician. You can schedule service online at www.SearsHomeServices.com or by calling 1-800-4-MY-HOME (1-800-469-4663). Here at SearsPartsDirect.com we love to help you with your repairs, but our expert advice is that microwaves are just too dangerous for a do-it-yourself project.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and I hope we can help you with any other questions and repairs in the future. Thank you for choosing Sears.

Q:

Prssure switch 106154541 Craftsman Sears twin cylinder tank type paint sprayer

A:

We do not have wiring information for this compressor. To find out which way the compressor should rotate, look at the pulley on the compressor. It will have blades that push air across the compressor. It should rotate in the direction it would push air over the compressor heads.

Q:

Bosch Control Module 481304 switches WFL 2060 UC/1 FD8211

A:

I'm answering my own question but now have another question. I adjusted the switches to match the settings on the original control board with a jewelers magnifyer and tiny screwdriver. After reinstalling all the buttons and the board seem to work fine BUT this is a re-replacement board from Sears, the first one i installed didn't have paperwork teling me that the switches needed to be set first or "CAUTION If settings aren't done correctly washers can eventually be damaged". so i installed that board without changing switches but there were other issues with it. Long story short with the new board the drum will not turn not there is just a buzzing sound. I'm confident that the motor is good, what should i look into first.

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your washer. Upon research model number WFL2060UC; there is not a special tool required. Usually if a special tool is required the instructions will state it. If the instructions indicate to adjust them then it would be best to do so.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.
