Thanks Tykara. My problem seems to be a bit more complicated as the remote's arrow buttons will not allow me to access the "Featured Menu Items" on the left hand side of the screen and therefore I can not access the reset feature as outlined on page 21. This TV, while hardly used has been programed several times by cable companies and now will not respond or allow me to access the menu items. When you press the arrow buttons, nothing happens. The batteries are fresh. I was hoping that either you might have another idea or that there was a way to physically push a reset button on the TV to go back to the factory default settings. Otherwise, I think this unit should be trashed but this would be a shame as it has hardly been used at all. Thanks, Any suggestions? Wayne

I apologize for the delay in response. If the arrows on the remote work otherwise aside from trying to get this menu, then the issue is with the t.v. and you will need repair to see what's going on with PCB board of the unit. If the arrows don't work period, then it's the remote and you'll need to replace it.

It seems like you are having a main board issue. A replacement main board would cost about $75 by itself.
