There are no specific procedures to winterize an R-O system. What I would recommend is that you take the lines loose, drain the tank, and remove the filters (to allow them to drain). That will prevent any water from expanding if frozen and bursting the plastic.

Outside of that, there really isn�t much else that can be done. If all or a good portion of the water is removed from the system, it should be fine.
