Q:

Cabrio (wtw7600xw0) not draining (fault 32)

A:

Thank you for  your question.  I am sorry about the drain problem with your Whirlpool WTW7600xwo Washer.  The drain pump is powered by the control which should provide 120 volt to the W10536347 Drain Pump.  The pump is access by laying the washer down on its front panel.  You access the drain pump from the bottom of the washer.  If possible check voltage to the pump.  If you get 120 volts and the pump does not work then the pump is the problem.   Checking voltage to the drain pump would eliminate a bad wire problem.  I hope this helpa.  You can reply below with any additional details for further assistance.

A:

There is not 120v present to the pump. I have used a dvom to check pump wiring circuit and reads 16-17 ohms from connector at main board through the pump and back to the return main board terminal. Is there anything else but the main board that would drop out just the drain pump?

No voltage would indicate a problem with the control. Since you checked resistance of the pump you might want to check resistance of the wires from the pump to the control. A broken wire is a rare but frustrating problem to pin down. The wire circuit checks okay then the control is likely your problem.
