One more detail to add - when contacted Sears as well as ManageMyLife support and asked about the service manual (as opposed to the owner's manual) they said it is not available for them to sell. If anyone can help me obtain the service manual would also be great.

Hi Roy,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

Warning: This conversion kit shall be installed by a qualified service agency in accordance with the manufacture's instructions and all applicable codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The information in these instructions must be followed to minimize the risk fire or explosion or to prevent property damage, personal injury or death. The qualified service agency is responsible for the proper installation of this kit. The installation is not proper and complete until the operation of the converted appliance is checked as specified in the manufacturer's instructions supplied with this kit. NOTE: A qualified service technician is any person or representative of a company who is experienced or trained in servicing gas equipment, and is familiar with necessary precautions.

I am including the instructions for the original NG to LP conversion in the images below. The service technician will need to follow these in reverse. You will need the # 42 orifice for natural gas (part number 15418) and the old limiter cap (part number 694424). In the images you gave me the link to the # 42 and the no numbered one on the other end. The orifice in the middle (3/64) you do not need. He will not need to change the burner unless it is damaged. The service technician will need to perform a supply pressure test and leak test when he is finished with the conversion.

I do not have a service manual for the HE5 dryer, but I will be happy to help you with any images you may need. Let me know what you are working on and I will send those images to you as well.

If you do not already have a qualified service technician lined up to do this conversion for you, You may use the ServiceLive.com website to find a qualified service technician that can perform this for you.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please reply to this post.
