Thank you for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your questions about the trolley for your Craftsman Garage Door Opener. I apologize for the confusion caused by the parts diagram and the photo on the website. I will be happy to clear this up for you. When your Garage Door Opener was first produced, the trolley came in two pieces. The Outer Trolley (key 10) on the diagram, had the part number 1A955. The Inner Trolley (key 16) on the diagram was the part the the chain attached to was part number 1B1435. The manufacturer has combined the parts into a trolley kit with a new part number of 41A3489. That is the photo you see on the SearsPartsDirect.com website. (If you type in either 1B1435 or 1A955, they will both substitute over to 41A3489). In the photo the inner trolley is already inside the outer trolley and that is why you don't see it in the photo. I have included the link to order the kit.

If your Garage Door Opener was produced prior to 1986, you may need a chain extention kit to install the new trolley. I have included that link for you also.

I hope this answers your questions. I apologize again for all the confusion. If I can be of any further assistance, please respond to this thread. Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business.
