Q:

Kenmore NG grill 141.17228.

A:

Having a Grill is a great tool especially for the summer you can cookout all the time. While you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, a suggestion I have is to visit Sears Home Services website to set service with a Sears technician to come out and take a look at it and found out what parts are need. I have attached the link below. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wondering why you do not have any gas going to the grill burners.

You have no gas flow at all or just a little with very small flames?

Since this is a NG grill it will have no regulator at on the pipe from the connection to the grill.

Are you sure you have gas available at the gas port outlet. It could have a remote valve that has been turned off.

If you do not have gas available at the outlet you may have to contact the gas company or look for another valve to the supply line.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Yes, I have gas flow from house to hose to grill. Then nothing. Should I take all the parts apart and try to clean them out? Because it looks like I can't even order replacement parts.

Thank you for the update. If you have gas right to the gas line connection on the grill then either all the valves are not working or you have some kind of blockage in the manifold that feeds the gas burner valves. Is it possible that the gas line system was let open at one time? Sometimes nests will get built in the tubes. But is none of the burner valves will feed gas to the burners it has to be in the manifold that the hose and the valves it attaches too. Please reply after you take that system apart. _ WARNING _! Please make sure when take the fittings apart that you seal them with pipe sealant when you put them back together. We do not want any leaks. Sam A.
