Q:

Burners not working well 141168600 Kenmore Grill

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

I am sorry to hear of the low flame for the grill burners. I know how frustrating that can be to have occur.

This sounds like an issue with the hose and regulator assembly. I would disassemble it from the grill and shoot some compressed air through it. There could be a slight blockage not allowing the fuel to flow freely. If that doesn't help, a replacement will more than likely be required.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Q:

Gas grill model# 141.168600 141.168600

Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com, and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear that your grill is not lighting. I know how frustrating that is to have happen.

If none of the six burners are igniting, I would suspect a regulator and hose failure over the burners. Typically, if your burners are clogged, they will still light, but the flame may not be adequate, and for all burners not to ignite leads me to suspect gas over burners. I would verify that the tank is one and see if you can hear the gas flow with the valves on. You could have a clogged orifice in the regulator.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your grill. Check to make sure that each burner will turn on individually. If the burner that you are lighting will not work properly then you could have a problem with the gas valve or the gas supply to the burner. If all of the burners work individually then your problem is likely in the regulator or the tank. Try using a freshly filled tank to see if all of the burners will work properly. If not, then you may need to replace the regulator to fix this problem. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
