Q:

Burner - Reduced Burner Gas Flow when adding burners.. 141163291 Kenmore Grill

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you’re having with the flames on multiple burners. I know how frustrating that is.

First, I recommend that you check the propane tank to make sure that it is full. A near empty tank can cause this problem. Try using a full tank and see if the burners work properly.

If you have not cleaned the burners recently, I recommend that you also clean the burners according to the guidelines in your owner's manual. A bad regulator could cause the problem if the above tips do not help. You can try replacing the regulator if all else fails.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your grill. This is not the easiest one to change the collector boxes on. You will need to start from the front with first removing the knobs and then the front control panel and then the manifold with the gas valves and then the protector panel. You will now be the front burner box panel. Locate the washer nuts that thread onto the collector boxes and once you have these removed you will be able to replace the collector boxes for the grill. Since they are corroded, however, you will need to remove this first.  There are several products that you can use such as CLR, WD 40 or Liquid Wrench. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
