Thank you for your question on changing out the igniter gas boxes on the grill.

You will need to remove the cooking grates and then the flame tamers over the burners and then you should be able to access the replacement of the igniter gas collector boxes with the igniters.

You will need to fish the wires back into the electronic igniter box. If you are going to change out the igniter you will need to remove the front panel.

I hope this will help you.

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your gas grill. It sounds like the connections may be dirty. I would suggest you check the wiring connections at both ends & clean the tip of the electrode. If this does not work, then replace the wiring. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The igniter needs a good AA battery. If you haven't tried and new AA battery I recommend trying one. The gap between the electrode and spark receiver is also critical. Replace the battery and check the gap between the electrode and the spark receiver.

I added the Operator's Manual with troubleshooting tips.

Check the things I have covered here and if I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
