Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to have full flame for cooking on the BBQ.

My first suggestion is to turn the LP tank valve off and then unhook the hose from the tank and open all the burner valves.

Wait about 15 minutes and close all the burner valves and then reconnect the hose to the tank.

Turn the LP tank valve on very slowly. Only turn the valve about a 1/4 of a turn. Then light the farthest burner from the LP tank first and then light back the burners one at a time.

If that does not solve the problem then I would suggest replacing the regulator part number: P03601002A for about $30.00.

Is there a recall on my Kenmore gas grill?

A:

I did not find any recalls on this model of gas grill. The manifold is only sold as an assembly. You cannot replace just the valve or o-ring. Be sure the manifold assembly fits tightly against the burner assembly.
