That first link for a previous answer that Anna T. posted above has some good tips that may help you with this problem. Make sure that your Propane tank is full. Check those burner tubes as described in that previous answer. The owner's manual has additional troubleshooting tips. I added the procedure for purging air from the gas line and resetting that regulator in the image below. Slowly open that tank valve when conducting that procedure. That may fix your problem. If not, I recommend that you follow the other troubleshooting tips in your manual. If you still have problems, then you may need to replace that regulator. You can order that regulator from this page if necessary: Regulator with Hose for Kenmore Gas Grill 141.15222 .

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

Q:

Can you get me the burner installation instructions for my Sears Kenmore Gas Grill?

A:

I am sending you an image from the owners manual for your grill. If you would like to print a copy of the owners' manual, follow the instructions below.

The burners fit over the orifices that are attached to the burner valves at the front of the grill. The rear end of the burners sets in a groove to keep them from turning. To remove the burners lift the rear out of the groove and pull the burner toward the rear of the grill. They will slide off the burner orifices and lift out.

Go to the Home page of Manage My Home and hold your mouse over home, select Products and manuals from the drop down menu.

For this model enter the following:

Brand Kenmore

Model no. 14115222

Select Find manuals at the bottom of the page to search for your manuals. Choose the blue Owner's manual (pdf) link for your product from the search results and it will open your manual for viewing online.

You can save a copy of the manual to your Home Profile or, on most computer systems, download or print the manual while you are viewing it.

If the manual can't be found, please call the Manage My Home Member Services Team at 1-800-803-6775, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central Time. They will be more than happy to help you track down the manual.
