I can understand how important it is to have the right information for your opener. This model use a dip switch technology for programming your remotes. The new remote that you purchased use a rolling code technology, so it is not compatible with this unit. The remotes for this model are no longer available, but you can try a universal garage door opener kit. This will connect and use the wall control as the transmitter. You can purchase this at your local Sears store. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I took the cover off the opener. It does not have dip switches. There must be something between the ones with the rolling code and dip switches. With out the owners manual, I can't tell. Can anyone help with this kind of opener?
