139.53985D Garage door opener wont work. 13953985D Craftsman Garage door opener

A:

Just to add to above. Door limits are all set correctly as are force settings. Safety reverse sensors are all connected and working properly. The problems happens with garage door disconnected from trolley just the same as when garage door is connected. The housing does appear warm during operation. I opened the case on the logic board side and will case open the opener works without any problems. If I close the case up the problem returns. All wiring connections appear intact and nothing changes while moving the wiring harness during operation.

I have not received any comment from Craftsman at all. I myself have not found a fix but have found that since the weather has cooled the opener is working better but still not perfect. If I receive an answer ever I will post it here. If you could do the same I would appreciate it.

my door is doing the same thing, sounds like there having a problem with model would be nice if they could respond. Paul thanks for the advice on dropping the logic board down, now this pos at least works...mine was manufactured on 10/2013
