Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your garage door opener. Upon researching model 13953674SRT2; erase the code from the opener. Then re-program one at a time. Click here for the owner’s manual. The instructions are on page 33.

I have erased the code from the opener and tried to re-program one remote at a time and it still does not work. Now, not only does only one remote not work but the keypad on the outside of the garage does not work also.

one of our remotes stopped working. New battery did not help. I ordered 2 new ones (part 4iA5032) and just received them. We were anticipating re-programming them but when we opened them to put batteries in, they have no "guts"! No circuit board like the old ones! Now I see they are listed as "remote control HOUSING"

Problem programming 2 remotes. I have the owner's manual and have followed all directions, but my opener will only allow me to program one remote at a time. I have model 139.53681B and like person described above, my remote stopped working, so I erased the codes by pushing the SRT button on the opener. Then I would push the button on each remote and the indicator light would come on for each remote and so they are ready to be programmed. However, after I program the first remote the second remote would not light up the indicator light when I would push the button on the remote, thus not allowing me to program the second remote. So, I would start all over erasing the codes again and I would program remote number 2 first this time, but then again it would not allow me to program a second remote after one has already been programmed. I have changed the batteries as well and each remote can be programmed to work, just not at the same time. Please help! Thank you! Rodney Melton
