Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your garage door opener. Upon researching 139.53650SRT; it’s not really one thing you need to do to fix it but multiple adjustments. When I replaced my garage door opener it took me an hour to get the adjustments right. I linked the manual below. The adjustments are on page 28 to 30. Really just keep going through the adjustments information and run the door a couple times after each individual adjustment. One thing is to let the motor cool down after opening and closing a couple times as it can overheat and shutoff.
