Thank you for submitting your question. Are you able to close the door fully with the wall control? If you're able to close the door with the wall control, I recommend checking your safety sensors. Make sure the sensors are aligned with one another for proper function. Are there any blinking LED lights on the motor unit? If there are blinking lights this could indicate an error code. The image below is the error code sheet for the garage door opener. You could be experiencing an issue with the logic board, safety sensors, or an internal component the RPM sensor. Please reply back to this thread with more details of what's going on with the garage door opener. Thank you for choosing Manage My Life.

Q:

my key pad has buttons for 0-9 but no * or enter buttons for recoding

A:

If it does not have the enter button then if you look right inside of the keypad you will find a wall station, this is part of the keypad unit. You will need to find the model number off one of these pieces for further instructions. If you find the model number you can get the manual off of managemyhome.com, click on manuals and enter the model number and download the manual with all the instructions. Thanks BB

Q:

lights don't work on garage door opener after replacing bulbs model 139.53613

A:

Make sure and use incandescent bulbs up to 100w. The other kind sometimes don't work right.

You may have a socket that is not functioning. You can replace these easily. If this does not fix the problem you may have received a line surge. Openers need to be protected by a surge protector 900 joules or higher. I would suggest a new logic board. These product can be found at sears.com. Do a 2x4 safety reversal test after any adjustment. Thanks BB
