Q:

furnace making squeaking noise T8MPN075B12A1

A:

You're probably correct about one of those motors going bad. Those are the only 2 fans in the furnace. I recommend that you have a service technician examine the furnace and determine which motor is squeaking. Have the technician replace the squeaking motor.

If you want to fix this problem yourself, then you'll need to determine which fan is squeaking. The fan motors are far enough apart so you should be able to determine the source of the squeaking noise.

Once you determine which fan is bad, order the part. Shut off the house circuit breaker for the furnace and verify that power is off before accessing internal furnace components and replacing parts.

Q:

What is the part number for the Inducer motor assembly for the Sears gas furnace model number H9MPD075F12A1 H9MPD075F12A1 Icp 90+ single stage gas furnace

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model H9MPD075F12A1; I show this is an International comfort products brand (ICP). Our information would show details for the furnace. The original motor itself would have a data plate with its specs. It will be on a label underneath the tube.  It would be best to contact the manufacture international comfort (ICP) products to get the details on their unit being that were not able to sell there motor.

Thank you for choosing Sears. Have a great day.

A:

David, this is a gas furnace and my model number is correct. Also, it is sears direct that states they are not allowed to sell the product not the manufacturer. This gas furnace was purchased through Sears. I am sorry you got confused maybe I did not clarify but I am now. It is a Sears part, the inducer (sears calls it a blowervent). I have nothing to do with ICP it is Sears that installed my gas furnace.

Q:

Heil furnace not working!

A:

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the furnace. There are various reasons this type of problem can occur. If the flame is not burning properly, it could trip the rollout switch. It can also be tripped if the vent is clogged, a lack of ventilation air or a crack in the heat exchanger can cause this. The pressure switch can also cause this problem if the vent is clogged or if the combustion air blower fails. If the burner is too high, the high limit switch could be the reason and it could also be caused by the control board. A furnace not working properly can be very hazardous and I strongly recommend having a technician check this. I'm listing a site you can access, to schedule a tech to come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services. I hope this will help you.
