From the information that I see on this model, you just need to unplug the washer for at least 15 seconds to get out of the Sales Demo mode. If that does not work and you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

Hey guys the washer flashes "F" then "2" what does that mean? it looks like its in demo mode cause all the lights flash in a pattern it will in sequence, after the wash is done it will turn itself off then an hour later it will turn itself on and go threw its sequence ,it looks like demo mode but i dont know, it will light up on normal first and the timmer does its count down then as thats happening the settings for water temp will light up wam/cold hot cold cold and so forth as that is happening load size does the same thing, all the options on the machine light up like its doing a test mode and the I see "F" then the number "2" after what can this be sounds like my washers possesed LOL

I can fix a lot of old style washers dryers and electric stoves, ive never ran across thiss, im very mechanicly inclined so you guys can tell me how to fix it it I need a new relay or somthing came loose during shipping and if I do need I part like a relay where do I get it from, I have test eqipment , multimeters electrical testers and so on so if you can walk me thru it that would be great, im an out of work contractor/carpenter I cant afford to have a sears tech come out ill feel even more stupid if it was just a stupid relay LOL

Sorry for not getting back with you sooner. The F2 error code indicates that you have a stuck key on the keypad. Replacing the user interface control board (part 8564374) should fix this problem. You can order this part from the Sears PartsDirect.com website. I provided an image with the procedure below. Be sure that you UNPLUG the washer before accessing internal components. Let us know if you need more help.
