Q:

Not heating. replaced gas valve assy, ignitor, & thermostat in Aug. what should i try next? heating element, thermo fuse, & thermostir? DV328AGWXAA0000 Samsung Dryer

A:

Thank You for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com

If your dryer is receiving power, then the fuse should be just fine. I would recommend checking the other thermostat and the thermo-cutoff.

I do have power, just no heat. It worked since I put in the gas valve assy in Aug. until just a day or two ago. . . . What "other" thermostat? The person I spoke with in Parts, said the heating element, thermo fuse, & thermostir would be the next choices? What is a thermostir? Did I spell it correctly? So you are saying that there is some other thermostat? Do you have a part number for it? What about the thermo-cutoff, part number? I'll call and order those 2 parts and put them in. Do you have any idea on their prices? I was wondering what the price is for a tech to come out. Would they have these kind of parts with them when they come or would we have to order the parts once the tech came and he would have to come back and charge me again? I really need my dryer, and don't have extra money. I just had to replace my furnace, and dishwasher; the car broke down and spent 1200.00 on it....all in the last 7 weeks, and Christmas was in there, too. :) Thank you for answering

Q:

Which Briggs & Stratton engine is on this generator? 01919-1 Troybilt Generator

A:

Hello, glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. We, at Sears, value your service.

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is questions about the generator.

Glad to help out.  I’m looking at your Troybilt Generator model number 01919-1.

I am sorry but the generator model will not give me the model number.   The number you had with the 204412 is actually the first part of the model number.   What you need though to make sure you get the correct parts is the type number.   There are 5 different Briggs and Stratton model after the 204412 and that is 0130-e1, 0147-e1, 0163-e1, 0163-01, and 0168-e1.  Please look back where you saw the start of the model and get the rest of the numbers so you can find the correct filters and spark plug, etc.

Please "RESUBMIT ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS IF THERE IS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS".

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and I hope we can help you with your future questions and repairs.  Thank you for choosing Sears and using our SearsPartsDirect.com.
