My model 116.25614506 vacuum is constantly tripping circuit breakers in my home. We use another vacuum with the same amperage rating that does not trip the breakers. What would you suggest as the problem?

Well, I guess you may disregard my reply. Only after sending a reply did the answer appear. No disrespect intended toward the Experts on this forum, but I am not a happy camper and Sears just lost a longstanding customer of 40 years. I hope Corporate takes pleasure in the $8K I spent on all of my Kitchen appliances (Kenmore Elite) because it will be the very last dime I spend at Sears. All over their need to charge for a user manual.

If the end caps will not simply pull off then they are not removable. You will need to replace the agitator assembly.
