Thank you for your question Tatyana. I am so sorry to hear that the motorized powermate is no longer working. I know having a working vacuum is essential to feeling your home is truly clean. I have great news - you can replace that as an asssembly. I have included the link for you to order the part.

Replacement powermate for model 11656312605

I want to let you know that the replacement powermate may vary in color. The majority of them come in black. To keep your vacuum cleaner running optimally, I recommend replacing the filters in the canister at least once a year. I have included those links also. You may notice I changed the model number from 1165... to 1162.... If you look at the model number on the bottom of the canister you will see the 4th number is different from the powermate.

Exhaust filter for model 116.26312605
Secondary filter for model 116.26312605
Motor safety filter for model 116.26312605

I recommend ordering them with the powermate as the shipping charge on the powermate will cover the shipping on the filters for you. If I can be of further assistance please respond to this thread. Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct, we appreciate your business.

Thank you for your question on the bearing inserts for the wheel on the power mate.

This is a new insert for the axle of the replacement wheel to reduce wear between the axle and the housing.

It is made up of some Delrin material and you will need to pop it onto the new wheel axle and then pop the wheel into the hole of the wheel housing on the power mate.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to have your vacuum working again.

You said that the wire in the lower wand is broken?

If that is the case you can replace the wand.

If it is in the power mate connection where if plugs into the lower wand, then that also can be replaced.

The simplest part to replace is the lower wand if that is the problem.

The part number for the lower wand is: 4370623 for about $34.00.

If that is not the problem and you feel comfortable with doing some checks with a multi meter, we can help you narrow down the problem, please reply and I will be happy to help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
