A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your vacuum and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 11655513500 and the head attachment has a wire harness item 14 that with the back and forth movement begins to break. I recommend checking this connection along with the wand harness that connects into the head attachment. Here is a link for a video that may help with additional troubleshooting. Thank you for your question.

Keeping you vacuum in good working order is important.

If you look on the bottom of the canister on the model tag it should have the belt and bag and light bulb information.

This unit uses a part number 20-5218 belt for the roller brush.

You can purchase the belt at your local sears store or on line from sears .com

Belt .

I have sent you a manual via e-mail.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
