It sounds like your have a cloggedI am sure that there is something caught in the lower air tube in the nozzle assembly. I would suggest that you remove the nozzle base so you can remove the top cover and examine the air tube path for debris. I have included an image that shows how to clean the nozzle out. I suggest you try cleaning the primary filter and replacing the exhaust filter.

I am sending you 2 images from the owners manual showing instructions for cleaning the exhaust filter and replacing the primary filter.

The owners manual states the primary filter will usually last around 5 years. I would examine the primary filter and decide if it should be replaced.
