Q:

Ice maker overflow 1069552821

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your refrigerator icemaker. Upon researching 11635912401; the icemaker has a plastic cover on the front of it. The cover needs to be removed. Once you remove the cover you will see a little adjustment screw on the right side of the icemaker module. Turn the screw a quarter turn counter clockwise. Wait 24 hours until next adjustment. If needed adjust another quarter turn. I recommend no more than a quarter turn at a time and waiting at least 24 hours in-between adjustments.

Q:

carpet beater drum 11635912401 Kenmore Upright vacuum

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your garage door opener. Upon researching 11635912401; it could the gear between the motor and the beater bar. It could be the motor has burned up or the reset witch has failed. I did find there is a control board for the motors on this unit. If the voltage gets to the board but does not go past then it could be the board has malfunctioned. Being electrical you would have to test the parts to see if there getting voltage. If all parts are getting power I would go back to looking at the motor and gear to look for damage on the gear or internally in the beater bar. Also check all wires to make sure no damage or disconnected wire.

If you have any further questions please re-post. Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.
