Question and Answers

Q:

I'm having trouble finding the correct belt. The salesperson in store sold me one labeled "designed to fit kenmore *39000 Quick Clean Uprights" 11634721402 Kenmore Upright vac

A:

Thank you for contacting Sears. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore vacuum.

I can understand the frustration of your vacuum not functioning properly, after researching model number 116.34721402. the part number for you belt is 4369591. This is if you were to order this online at SearsPartsDirect.com. If you wanted to go in the store, the number you’ll want to look for is 20-5275. It’s the same part one is just a part number and the other is a store number.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business, have a great day.
